• Every minute of tracked time is attributed to a colour-coded Subject, so the analytics are actually meaningful rather than a generic timer log
• Pomodoro sessions link directly to a subject, todo, or Kanban card — the timer writes back into the task model instead of sitting beside it
• Habit tracker and a GitHub-style activity heatmap built on Recharts
• Postgres schema with row-level security via Supabase, so the data model enforces access rather than the client

Shipped to a team of 120.

• Full-stack internal operations platform managing tasks, daily targets, meetings, and calendars for 120 users across three distinct roles
• Authentication and row-level role-based access control over PostgreSQL, enforcing separate data visibility for employees, managers, and administrators

Arogyabhashini

Doctor–patient speech translation across a language barrier in a clinical setting.

• Built around Bhashini, India's national language technology stack, for Indian-language ASR and translation
• Full speech-to-speech loop: capture, recognise, translate, synthesise — so neither party needs to type or read
• Started as a hackathon build, then migrated from Flask to a Node backend and deployed

FruitPilot

Autonomous detection and approach drone. Computer vision on an aerial platform.

Team lead, five people.

• Trained a custom YOLOv8 detector and ran inference on-board a Jetson Nano
• Estimated relative position and distance from pixel geometry using known camera intrinsics, then drove autonomous yaw alignment through DroneKit
• Velocity-controlled approach at 0.25 m/s with a scan-and-search behaviour when no target was in frame
• Most of the real work was failure handling: MAVLink heartbeat timeouts, RPLidar descriptor errors, and flight-mode behaviour that diverged between SITL and the actual airframe
